Shipping
How is Onosfactory shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated from destination zone, order weight or volume, and carrier. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the order.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship nationwide through domestic carrier partners. Delivery time varies by region.
What is the expected delivery time?
Two to five business days on average domestically. Remote areas and peak periods can take longer.
Payment
Which payment methods do you support?
Bank transfer, e-wallets and online payment gateways, depending on how your account is configured.
Is payment on Onosfactory secure?
Transactions run through a secured payment system. Customer payment details are not stored directly on our system.
What if payment fails but I was charged?
Contact our support team; we will trace the transaction and refund it where applicable under our policy.
Orders
Where can I track my order?
In the order management area of the Onosfactory system. Status updates at each processing and shipping stage.
Can I edit or cancel an order after placing it?
Only before it enters production. Once the order is in process, changes are locked.
What if a product is defective or does not match the design?
Send a support request with photos and the order reference. We will review it and handle it under our exchange and return policy.
Production
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For DTG and sublimation we accept orders from a single unit — that is the print-on-demand model. For made-to-measure uniforms or custom blanks, the minimum is agreed per project.
What file format should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are preferred, or transparent PNG at 300 DPI or higher at final print size. Our team reviews and optimises the file before production.
Do you produce a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. The Me Linh plant has a dedicated sampling line. For large orders we recommend approving a sample before the bulk run.
