Five production methods under one colour standard
DTG, embroidery, sublimation, laser and the Epson SureColor platform. The right method depends on the fabric, the artwork and the run size — this page explains how each one behaves.

DTG printing
Direct-to-garment printing reproduces gradients, photographs and multi-colour designs with no colour separation step. There is no technical minimum — a single piece prints as accurately as a thousand.
- Best on 100% cotton and high-cotton blends
- Unlimited colours in one design
- Pre-treatment and heat-cure fixing

Computerised embroidery
Embroidery is the choice for corporate uniforms and headwear, where a logo must outlast the garment. Artwork is digitised into stitch paths, then run on multi-head machines.
- Lasts the life of the garment, never peels
- Suits caps, polos, jackets, bags
- Free stitch digitising for partner orders

Sublimation printing
Ink turns from solid to gas under heat and bonds into the polyester fibre. The result carries no surface layer: it feels like bare fabric, and the colour does not fade.
- All-over printing on polyester fabric
- Zero hand-feel on the fabric surface
- Suits sportswear and event uniforms

Laser cutting & engraving
The laser handles fabric, wood, leather and acrylic to the same tolerance. It is the technology behind our decor wood and personalised gift range.
- Fray-free fabric cuts with heat-sealed edges
- Engraves wood, leather and acrylic for personalised gifts
- Tight tolerance, repeatable batch to batch

Epson SureColor systems
The whole print floor runs on Epson SureColor hardware with genuine ink. Standardising on one platform is why an order printed in Thai Nguyen and one printed in California come out the same colour.
- Genuine ink, regularly recalibrated colour profiles
- Colour parity between the Vietnam and US plants
- OEKO-TEX certified consumables
Five-step quality control
Every order passes five checkpoints before it leaves the floor. No step is skipped, not even for a single-unit order.
